Chips and Salsa



2 potatoes
Salsa
Cajun Seasoning (optional)

Preheat oven to 400° .

Slice the potatoes into medium thin slices and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper or non-stick foil.

If desired, sprinkle the slices with the Cajun Seasoning, black pepper, or anything else you can think of.

Bake at 400°  for about 30 minutes, carefully remove the hot chips from the baking sheet, and enjoy with the salsa.
