Oatmeal Quick Meal
This is a quick and easy meal that is great for breakfast, a snack, or something to eat before you head out the door for work. I like to eat it right after one of my workouts to get my body replenished as fast as I can.
instant/quick oatmeal
Post Grape Nuts (not the flakes)
and/or
and/or
Post Shredded Wheat (only Original or Wheat'n Bran)
banana
Just make the oatmeal according to the directions on the package using only water. After cooking, sprinkle in some Grape Nuts and/or Shredded Wheat and sliced banana.
