This is a great sandwich that takes all of two hands to eat!
One
thick onion slice
¼
bell pepper
1
baked potato
baby
spinach
dill
pickle slices
dijon
or brown mustard
sliced
tomato
3
slices of bread
Slice the bell pepper into thin strips and place on a piece of aluminum foil. Place the onion slice on top of the pepper strips and put the aluminum foil in a toaster oven which has been preheated to 400degrees. Bake for 15 or 20 minutes.
Spread
bean spread on two of the bread slices.
Slice
potato lengthwise into about 4 slices.
Cover
one slice of the bread with bean spread with raw baby spinach.
Cover
the spinach with 2 slices of the potato.
Cover
the potato slices with dill pickle slices.
Now place the onion and pepper strips on top of the pickles.
Squirt
Guilden's or dijon mustard on top.
Cover
with the slice of bread that doesn't have bean spread.
Cover
with the remaining 2 slices of potato.
Add
sliced tomato.
Cover
with Stubbs Original or Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
Cover
with the other bread slice that has bean spread.
